Composite flooring

To preserve the texture, aesthetics, and durability of the wood, our company uses a "thick veneer" of 2 to 3 mm.

Composite flooring uses plywood as the core material and applies a thin veneer of wood on the surface. It does not significantly convey the texture or appearance differences of wood. Plywood is very resistant to changes in heat and humidity, resulting in fewer issues after installation, making it widely used in stores, educational facilities, and multi-family housing. The typical surface thickness is "0.3 to 1mm," but many of our composite floorings use a "thick veneer" with a surface thickness of "2 to 3mm," resulting in a thicker surface layer. Compared to thinner options, it is less prone to cracking, and there is little concern that deeper scratches will expose the underlying plywood.

Flooring / Composite Flooring "Presswood" For Direct Adhesion [PWDF]

This is an eco-friendly flooring material designed for the effective use of domestic forest resources.

Flooring material / composite flooring "Presswood" for direct installation [PWDF] is a new type of flooring that suppresses the wood's resilience through heating, 60% compression, and shape fixation technology, providing high added value in terms of strength and shape. Currently, the most pressing issue that needs to be addressed to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations, a major cause of global warming, and to protect forests, which are CO2 absorption sources, is the effective utilization of domestic timber. TENRYU has developed the eco-technology (wood compression hardening processing technology) to overcome the disadvantages of domestic timber (such as cedar and cypress), which is soft and easily scratched, and has commercialized the eco-product "Presswood." 【Features】 ○ Heating, 60% compression, shape fixation technology ○ Effective utilization of domestic and prefectural timber, revitalization of forests ○ Increased CO2 absorption ○ Stopping global warming For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Composite type flooring Gymnars

Extra-large flooring that enhances the functionality and aesthetics of gymnasiums, gyms, dance floors, and more.

A spacious floor like that of a gymnasium requires impressive wide planks. However, the solid surfaces of wide planks are mostly made of thin materials around 0.3mm thick, and when pursuing a thickness that can withstand the harsh environments of sports facilities, issues arise with dimensional stability and price. As a result, the current situation is that one has no choice but to select either narrow solid wood or composite flooring made from thin pieces. What overturns this common understanding is Gymnars, which fuses the robustness of solid wood with the dimensional stability of plywood. Gymnars features plywood below the nail-driving area and uses 6.0mm thick veneer on the surface, achieving ultimate thick wide flooring with dimensional stability. By varying the lengths, it also manages to keep costs down. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
